Unable to open regedit and folder options!!!?

im not sure that is there any virus now...as i scanned my system (boot scan) and removed some..using Avast 4.7 pro..

but the problem is that my task manager was not opening...i managed to correct it right...but my regedit and folder options are not comming!!!!!

i googled for it...but the correcting process includes regedit changes but im not able to open it...

and yes u r infected with virus. Install some good anti virus and peform thorough scan.
