its easy man just right click on the desktop, go to properties.
then go to the appearance tab and go to advanced. and in the first drop down menu, look for icon. then change the size number. its that easy,

Change deskop and Windows Explorer icon size?
I use windows 2000 and I want to change the icon size of desktop items to 48x48 and the windows explorer icons to 32x32. If I right click desktop%26gt;properties%26gt;appearance tab, there is only an option to make icons bigger which changes both the size of the icons in the desktop and windows explorer. So I want to know(probably using regedit) how to change these.Change deskop and Windows Explorer icon size?
