Disable TaskMgr always comes back?

After I delete this using regedit or change the binary value to 0, it always comes back after I reset my computer. How to I remove this permanently so that I don't have to delete every time I re start my computer?Disable TaskMgr always comes back?
You might want to keep it. Its a system tool so I don't know if it even can be deleted but it doesn't do any harm having it so I'm not sure why you want to delete a program that doesn't always run...
