I cannot change my Internet explorer default page.the default page is automatically set XPC infosystems?

I have already try to change through REGEDIT in IE Main tab,

Plz suggest accordingly ,plz tell what is the problem,this page automatically change i try to cahnge but cannot change the IE title bar is show XPC infosystems ,i dont dont khnow how to add this page ,plz suggestI cannot change my Internet explorer default page.the default page is automatically set XPC infosystems?
You have to uninstall IE and install from a fresh file. Probably, youhave installed from CD supplied with some vendor/ magazine.
