How to open exe file which is opening from notepad?

I had changed how to open an exe file which was a virus to stop it from functioning and succeeded but now I am faced with problem that all the exe files are opening on notepad and I am unable to change back and open any of the exe file..even i am not able to open a browser or go to regedit.exe



Any suggestions??How to open exe file which is opening from notepad?

i think if u alt+right click in that file...there should be something like open with ...

now u can do open with

and then select another program that can open exe...



than click on always open these file with this app(or similar)



it may solve things
