Mega Malware/Hijacking my browser. HELP?

I'm lucky I was able to even post this question. I've tried downloading numerous spyware/malware removers. They either don't find and fix the problem, or the virus/malware blocks the program from contacting the server to download, or re-directs me from any and all sites that have the download links on them. I've tried hijack this but don't really know how to read the log. I am quite PC literate but this one's got me. Even google won't work. Firefox won't load any pages at all. Smitfraud removed some stuff but it's still just as bad. I checked regedit, msconfig and don't see Gator or anything like that in there. I've deleted cokies, temp internet files etc. Rebooted in safe mode and ran smitfraud again with no success. When i try to run Smitfraud in standard mode it says access is denied. When i try going on certain or almost all sites (especially if i click on them from a search engine i get re-directed 4 or 5 times as i can see the links quickly changing in the address bar. It sometimes goes from really long links i can't catch all of it but keywords in the links are %26quot;jump1%26quot; then %26quot;jump2%26quot; then nexplore.com... i did it again and now i have jump1 jump2 affiliate then http://www.gijoesradioelectronics.com/....................... I try to go to PC tools or other online scanning sites and it always says internet explorer cannot display the webpage, and again i've downloaded firefox just to try to get on them and just have a white screen.... I really hope an expert or at least someone more savy than me reads this and feels like being a good samaritan. Any advise would help.Mega Malware/Hijacking my browser. HELP?
try running your scans from safe mode (hit F8 on startup to get into safe mode) if you need to download another program make sure you boot into safe mode with networking.
