How can I get of this virus?

My computer has been recently invaded. Luckily, I was able to save most of my needed things on a CD. However, this virus has taken complete control. It has actually set itself as the overall administrator, so now I, the real administrator, am continuously limited. I tried msconfig, it won't allow. I tried regedit for registry, it won't allow. Many programs won't even start. I can't even change my desktop background. I tried Malwarebytes, AVG, and some others. Those barely even stratched it's effect. Please may you help me. I believe that this is a Cryptor Trojan Horse or something if that helps. Thank you.How can I get of this virus?

Use your system disk from manufacture and completely reload your operating system.How can I get of this virus?
Go to Control panel and click on User Accounts and see which account has been termed as Administrator.



Let me be very clear, Your System has NOT BEEN infected with Virus.How can I get of this virus?
Easiest Fix: Back up all of your data, (Excluding exe, dll, etc. This prevent polymorphic virus to spread again) and Re Install your windows. Your comp will run fast.



Other fix: Use some commercial antivirus like Norton, NOD32, or Bitdefender. Just use the trial. When the trial expire you can throw it to the trash. Norton 2009 is good and not really eating your resource.
