How to get rid of blue-jokescreen?

Hi, so, lately I've gotten this blue-jokescreen and I can't get rid of it. My background has changed into a completely blue screen with yellow writing that says I need to get spyware to remove it. Obviously, it's only a background. However, McAffee keeps popping out notices to Remove it and even if I do, it returns. Also, I cannot change my background to my normal one and my computer's going much slower and it's lagging. I've already tried Regedit and tried to find it but it wasn't there. I also had the Spyware 2008 or whatever installed on my computer the same day the blue-jokscreen came. I didn't install it on purpose -- it just appeared on my desktop. Please help me or recommend a Spyware remover that's free. /: Thank you in advance!How to get rid of blue-jokescreen?
