ok, i ran malwarebytes quick scan, and deleted those viruses.

i would do full scan, but it lasts up to 5 hours.





and why is it, when i try to open help and support, i get a message box that says it won't open to protect computer, then i get dr watson messages that just come back no matter how manny times i click close.



i also cannot open regedit.



and i can't change my login screen back to what i want it.

it just won't change.

see if you can go into safe mode by pressing f8 before the loading screen and run a scan there
