If it's not listed in Device Manager, either you're screwed, or they are disabled at the BIOS level. Are you sure the final listing isn't %26quot;Universal Serial Bus controllers%26quot;? That would be what USB represents.
Once you have the hardware setup, make sure the %26quot;Plug and Play%26quot; service is running. How to enable the USB port.......PLZZZZZ tellll.?
It requires a disc to set the USB ports back to there original state. If there is not one available then the IT department should easily be able to trouble shoot and enable the ports. How to enable the USB port.......PLZZZZZ tellll.?

OR you could actually fix the problem by going in to your BIOS :DHow to enable the USB port.......PLZZZZZ tellll.?
Go into BIOS (by pressing either Delete or F8 as you start up the computer, the button depends on the computer). Use the right arrow to go over until you see the option to see your USB controller ports. Go down with the arrows to highlight it, hit enter, and select the current one. Hit escape rougly two times to exit the menu, and then continue to let your computer start up.
