VISTA: how can i access the secret/hidden administrator account, if i forgot my normal administrator password?

I'm currently on a standard account, because I forgot my administrator password. Is there any way to access the normal administrator account or super/hidden/secret administrator account on VISTA? without the password? I've tried Net user administrator /active:yes in the command prompt and it says access denied. I've also tried changing the regedit one, but I also need a password to change it....

you should try some recovery tool like http://www.resetwindowspassword.com/

it is the simplest way to reset windows password.

you see,it's also recommended by http://pcsupport.about.com/od/toolsoftheVISTA: how can i access the secret/hidden administrator account, if i forgot my normal administrator password?
wait so you can get to command prompt?

just use net user to make a new account

then type: net localgroup administrators %26quot;new account name here without quotes%26quot; /add

and you got yourself a new admin account.

BTW, if you activate the hidden admin account it won't go away...even if you try to deactivate it, so you can't just hit power and walk away...VISTA: how can i access the secret/hidden administrator account, if i forgot my normal administrator password?
this is very simple. all that you need to do is

when you start your computer, put it in SAFE MODE.

to do this you need to press F12 when you start it up. things will look

%26quot;weird%26quot; but dont worry. then just change the password like you normally would.

trust me. ive done it plenty of times.VISTA: how can i access the secret/hidden administrator account, if i forgot my normal administrator password?
Start up your computer in safe mode, that will allow you to reset the password.
