How can a change my audio card's mic jack to become the output jack?

My laptop audio out jack is broken, so if I could switch my audio output to my mic jack I could regain headphone capability on my laptop. That would be great!!! Is a Regedit option?How can a change my audio card%26039;s mic jack to become the output jack?

No, they are physically wired in a different way. You cannot do it by software. You would have to replace ypur card.
