How to remove the virus that change my computer name to VIP.ALAIN..X4X?

RUN disappeared from the menu so I cannot start command prompt and regedit. Task Manager doesn't start as well. I don't want to reformat as there are important programs installed.How to remove the virus that change my computer name to VIP.ALAIN..X4X?
