Setting user restrictions on XP Pro?

So i have company coming over and im setting up a guest user with restrictions. Iv dont some of the things before i just cant remember how.

Either using regedit or a program how can i:



Disable downloads and installs

Disable viewing/usage of control Panel

Disable ability to delete

Disable ability to change properties of Desktop (or everything)



A good link to a web page (not a search engine and faulty link), name of program or instructions (where the above listed are in regedit cuz i can do from there) how to do these would workSetting user restrictions on XP Pro?
To set user restrictions in XP you have to use GPEdit, which modifies the local group policy for your machine. You want to make all of your changes under the user settings not the machine settings. If you make the changes to the machine your account will be included.
