How do I found out what my virus is called?

I have a virus on my computer. I don't even know how I got it, it just started acting up earlier today. I've looked up so many ways on how to delete it %26amp; most of them I have to find the virus in a folder. I don't know what my virus is called though. I can't open task manager, or regedit, or msconfig, or command prompt. The virus shuts it down a second after I open it! I keep getting pop ups saying %26quot;Antivirus software alert!%26quot; %26amp; it's saying that my computer is being attacked by an internet virus %26amp; it asks if I want to block the attack. But that thing popping up IS the virus. I also keep getting %26quot;Spyware Alert!%26quot; pop ups saying my computer is infected with spyware - 34 %26amp; it asks if i want to %26quot;Activate Your antivirus software%26quot; but thats a virus too. Also when i try to open task manager or whatever a thing pops up saying %26quot;Application cannot be executed. The file wualuclt.exe is infected. Do you want to activate your antivirus software now?%26quot; but the name of the file changes every so often. I'm so confused %26amp; i want this offf! This is either Antivirus Live or a recent varient of it. Because of varying Malware names, its impossible to track down a specific guide since taskmanager doesn't work



Instead follow this guide which will make use of a command called taskkill. NOTE: When you use it, everything but your background image will disappear. This is a good thing, as it kills the virus temporarily. It allows you to open task manager, the guide will explain in more detail.

You can use a Recovery Disk, if you have a good computer (Not infected with a virus) goto http://www.free-av.com/en/tools/12/avira_antivir_rescue_system.html download that burn it onto a cd.



Then place the cd into the infected computer, and restart and boot from cd (hit F12 before when the computer is starting up).



Run that (it might be in a different lanquage as in German, click the English flag) I was told to go into preferences and make it try to delete the virus if not rename it.



Run a scan, then install Malwarebytes and run a scan It should clean up all the viruses that have been renamed.
